Water meter shaft made entirely of plastic

including adjustable brackets for the water meters
with lockable lid and heat protection lid without base.
Outside approx. ø60 x approx. 100cm high (other heights up to 200cm are possible on request).

The inside of the shaft is lined with a Styrofoam jacket (approx. 6 cm thick) and from above the shaft is insulated from the cold with an insulating lid made of Styrofoam (approx. 25 cm thick).
Due to individual requirements and inconsistent regulations, we supply the shaft without pipes and connections! Since the shaft has no (drinking) water-conducting parts, it does not require DVWG certification!
A craftsman can easily install the required connections because the plastic walls can be drilled and machined effortlessly.

- Distance between water meter brackets is adjustable - which allows easy installation of water meters of different lengths (different models).
- It is not necessary to enter the shaft for installation!
(This is not a walk-in shaft as defined by the DVGW)
- It is not necessary to enter the shaft to read the meter reading!
- The mounting rail for the meter is located approximately 40 cm below the cover, which makes reading and replacing the meter easier if necessary.

A shaft without a bottom allows the incoming geothermal energy to be utilized and allows condensation or penetrating moisture to seep into the ground.
The shaft height can be adjusted during installation so that it is level with the ground. Before installation, a permeability layer (gravel layer) must be placed beneath the shaft.
The plastic shaft is continuous from the beginning of the lid to the bottom, making it leak-proof. The ring support from the lid to the wall is also welded, making it watertight.
