Manhole cover 80cm round B125 loadable up to 12.5t

Manhole cover from Varile, quality-tested according to EN124-6, made of plastic (polyethylene), manufactured according to ISO9001:2008. The Varile manhole cover is made of environmentally friendly recycled, sand-free plastic and is a high-quality cover for manholes with a load capacity of up to 12.5 tons. It easily replaces heavy concrete and cast iron covers! Extremely simple installation and a low set weight of only approximately 25 kg (cover weight only 12 kg) make this plastic alternative unique on the German market in terms of quality and convenience! The height of 10 cm corresponds to a standard paving stone, so the cover can easily be installed at ground level.

The cover is ideal for pedestrian zones, gardens, and lightly trafficked streets and features a security system with four locks and special UV stabilizers that protect the cover's surface even against constant sunlight and weather. The solid construction also prevents the ingress of animals and surface water (no waterlogging!) and is fully load-bearing from -60°C to +60°C!

The covers are electrically non-conductive and have a low abrasion coefficient of 0.06 - 0.12 g / sm2. Can be screwed in with our Varile mounting kit or glued.
