    Schachtabdeckung

    Der Schachtdeckel ist in einwandfreiem Zustand, und der Support war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider wurde das Produkt an die falsche Adresse gesendet, wodurch ich mich um die Korrektur kümmern musste – hier hätte ich eigentlich erwartet, dass der Verkäufer dies übernimmt. Der Versand erfolgte mit Hermes, allerdings kam das Paket mit etwa einer Woche Verzögerung an, was zu einem Baustopp und finanziellen Einbußen führte. Wer jedoch Zeit hat, auf die Lieferung zu warten, erhält mit diesem Produkt eine gute Wahl.

    Fehlende Montageanleitung und Befestigungsmaterial

    Es fehlt eine Montageanleitung und das Befestigungsmaterial zum Produkt, auf Nachfrage per Mail wurde nicht reagiert. Die Lieferung erfolgte über Hermes innerhalb einer Woche.

    Wir versenden innerhalb von 1-2 Werktagen - oft liegt es leider einfach an den Zustellern. Wir überprüfen diesen Fall aber dennoch. Wenn etwas fehlen sollte bitte einfach unseren Support anfragen - Chat, Telefon, etc. - wir geben Ihr Feedback bzgl. Ihrer nicht erhalten Antwort weiter!
